Lachlan Grant is the co-founder and CEO of Vital Addition, a rapidly growing Australian company that provides a fresh approach to honest and reliable accounting including financial and tax advice. Lachlan, a Chartered Accountant by trade, worked in tax and corporate finance roles early in his career, and then applied his skills in CFO roles, supporting technology startups. Since 2014 with Vital Addition, Lachlan has focused the firm on helping business owners drive growth through outsourcing their financial operations. At the core of the firm’s belief system is honesty and integrity; building inherent trust through understanding their business partners, and developing ongoing relationships.
