Saru Gupta

Saru Gupta is one of Australia’s only embodied leadership practitioners. Through her speaking, coaching and programs, Saru helps high-achieving women thrive in high-pressure environments through her whole self-leadership approach, empowering them to create sustainable health relationships, build meaningful relationships and impactful leadership. Embodied leadership is a powerful approach that sits at the intersection of body awareness, emotional intelligence and nervous system regulation. Over the last 10 years, Saru has trained under various experts in Western and Eastern sciences, including human behaviour, trauma, nervous system, mindfulness, embodiment and wisdom of emotions.
