Sam Donato, owner and director of RTO Auctus Training & Education, has over 15 years of experience in training, and an additional 10 years of experience in team development and management. During his senior management career in sales and business management, among other
positions, Sam discovered that the greatest satisfaction came from the passion to see people and organisations grow, helping
them to set goals and plans on how to get there. Responsible for a turnover of multi-millions budgets was great but seeing people progress and build their careers beyond his own position is incredibly satisfying.
Auctus delivers suitable training to fit the industries’ needs along
with providing students with top-quality training, coaching and mentoring to help them grow and reach their goals. Sam is a Board Member of the National NEIS Association, a program allowing job seekers to set up and operate their own small business.
