As the Co-Founder and CEO of Trellis Data, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) specialist company, Michael Gately is responsible for leading a team dedicated to delivering AI outcomes across Australia. Michael has over 19 years of leadership experience, with prior roles including Managing Director for a Mobile Application development company, an IT services company specialising in business process improvement, business analysis, project/program management and strategic ICT management consulting. Over the years he has also gained extensive Senior Executive experience within the Federal Government of Australia. Michael's specialties include Artificial Intelligence solutions and strategy, Business Strategy and implementation, Risk Management and Governance, Business Process Improvement, Project and Program Management (primarily in IT), Business Analysis, Management Consulting and IT Solution Architecture.
