Meena Chavan

Dr Meena Chavan is an Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship and International Business at the Macquarie Business School at Macquarie University. She is an economic anthropologist who conducts research at the interface of human, society, cultures, government and business and seeks to understand the social cause and effect of various economic phenomena to appreciate how people live in societies and how they make their lives meaningful through their contribution to society. She has published in top global journals on Indigenous community in business, immigrant business and refugee small business. She believes in interdisciplinary solutions for global issues, with strong social and community values.
