After a career in financial planning and project management spanning over 20 years, Lyly founded miei with one simple philosophy - to be the vehicle to combat poverty and homelessness in Australia. She is also passionate about challenging and disrupting traditional business models by guiding her internal team and other leaders to achieve ultimate business success through practicing values of empathy, compassion and authenticity both in business and life.
