Following studies in Law and Political Science, Laura Grierson joined the industry as an executive search professional. Now Director at Acacia, she has over a decade of experience in the search and selection of both key executives and board members, predominately for ASX-listed businesses. This depth of experience enabled Laura to design a sophisticated, outcomes-focused, methodology unique to Acacia which consistently delivers impactful appointments with a current retention rate of 98 per cent over two years. It is the ability to truly help boards and leaders select the right people, and ultimately achieve their business objectives, which drives Laura and her team.
