Kim Fenton is Group Chief Commercial Officer of The Extend Group. The group consists of two national outside school care companies, a children's club, an Australian federal government approved childcare software booking platform and a national educator recruitment company.
Kim has more than 20 years' experience managing remote teams in childcare and the pharmaceutical industry and 25 years' experience working in remote industries. She believes in creating the best environment for people to excel through trust, positivity, accountability, teamwork, support and true engagement.
