Joel Sardi

Joel Sardi has been a member of the Field since its inception. Through his lived experience of disability as a quadriplegic, he has been able to provide critical knowledge and insights in order to inspire the site's unique features. Joel served in the ADF for five years, and has a recruitment and business development background. Now the Account Manager at the Field, Joel grows relationships with organisations to broaden employment opportunities for people living with disability and build employer confidence in inclusive recruitment strategy.
