Jack Winson

Jack Winson is CEO of Australian-owned business, The Winson Group, incorporating Signet and insignia. The family-owned, national company provides packaging products to more than 60,000 customers across Australia including major brands such as Woolworths, Ikea, Coca Cola, and Boral Industries. The Winson Group, which employs more than 300 people, was established in 1968 by Jack’s father John Winson and Uncle Bob Winson, and is still owned by the family. Growing up in the business, Jack has worked in roles across almost every department in the business, which has groomed him to be the second-generation leader of this Aussie success story. Jack and the Winson family are passionate about keeping manufacturing and jobs in Australia, with the business currently manufacturing 25 per cent of its products locally, and that number continuing to grow.
