Gina Field

Gina Field is a passionate small business owner and advocate. With a career spanning 35 years, she is an operational security expert and is well placed to comment on security matters and issues pertaining to the security industry, licensing and conduct of security guards. As a female trailblazer in a male-dominated industry, Gina can also comment on gender bias, challenges facing women in business, and female entrepreneurship. Gina was the 2017 NSW Businesswoman of the Year.
