Daniela Silicato began her career in Early Education at 15 years old when she completed vocational training studies towards a Certificate II in Community Services, while also completing her Year 12 qualification at secondary school.
Daniela was just 21 when she was invited to become a Centre Director, entrusted with overseeing the needs of 76 children aged up to five, plus the management of that centre’s 10 educators.
Today, Daniela is the owner and founder of two Milieu Early Education and Care Centres and is about to acquire a third centre in Hurstville.
