As Head of Asia Pacific, Damon Pal is responsible for HireVue’s APAC operations, overseeing the company’s continued growth and expansion within the region.
A San Francisco Bay native, Damon has over 20 years of cross-market experience spanning North America, Australia, New Zealand and SouthEast Asia. Throughout his career, Damon has held a number of senior leadership roles in global tech companies including HRS Group, Expedia Group, Epsilon and Ebay.
In his role at HireVue, Damon is focused on helping businesses to find the best talent for their company by localising the hiring process to suit a region that is home to many cultures and languages. He is passionate about diversity and inclusion within the workplace, and feels strongly about the use of platforms that enable and encourage unbiased hiring processes.
