Beginning his career as a chartered accountant, Dale Smith’s penchant for innovation and entrepreneurial spirit saw him quickly strike out from the traditional path. Not shy of a challenge, Dale recently turned JAVLN's attention to the Australian market, where insurance brokers are under pressure to deliver better customer service to policyholders, while adhering to stringent compliance controls.
