Caroline Swarbrick is Senior Director of Marketing, Sales & Customer Experience at Vistaprint. An established leader in digital, data & brand marketing, Caroline has 15 years' experience building brands through thoughtful direct-to-consumer marketing strategy. With a passion for fashion and design, Caroline has spent considerable time in the retail apparel sector, most notably at Seafolly as Chief Digital Officer and Esprit as Head of Ecommerce Marketing & Sales for the Asia Pacific region, leading digital and marketing transformation projects. No stranger to the challenges of small-business operation, Caroline co-founded and ran an award-winning ethical design consultancy for five years in London, making the UK Top 100 Start-ups of 2010. She now invests in start-ups and tech as a side hustle to her job at Vistaprint. Caroline’s belief in nurturing small business and helping start-ups, side hustlers and entrepreneurs realise the potential of their brands was pivotal to her joining Vistaprint in 2020. Her role will be instrumental in communicating Vistaprint’s expanding platform and product offering to small businesses as well as sharing its vision to be the marketing partner of choice for small businesses.
