Winnie the Pooh-inspired skincare range for babies launched

Inspired by Winnie the Pooh and his love of honey, Bubba Organics has announced its launch of a baby hair and skin care range in collaboration with The Walt Disney Company Australia.

As well as the time-honoured healing properties of Manuka honey, the 100 per cent natural range features aloe vera and jojoba to nourish and moisturise babies’ skin, with sweet almond oil to nurture their hair.

The range features:

  • Australian Goats Milk & Manuka Honey Baby Hair & Bath Wash: safely cleanses and nourish babies’ skin and hair. For some bubbly bath time fun, it can be added to running water for bubbles galore.
  • Australian Goats Milk & Manuka Honey Baby Moisture Lotion: a natural and ethical formula enriched with vitamins and antioxidants to prevent dry skin.
  • Australian Goats Milk & Manuka Honey Baby Bottom Cream: a soothing cream to prevent nappy rash that softens and calms skin without irritation. Blended with the antioxidant-rich creaminess of pure, fresh Australian Goats Milk: the lotion is naturally anti-inflammatory and antibacterial, with the added benefits of aloe vera, olive fruit oil and shea butter.
  • Australian Goats Milk & Manuka Honey Baby Essentials Gift Box: the full skincare range in a box set.

Kerri Chadwick, co-founder of Bubba Organics said, “It was such an honour to create a beautiful product paying tribute to one of Disney’s most iconic characters. Just like Winnie the Pooh, we hope that this exciting new range will become a firm family favourite for years to come.”

Since launching ion 2016, and being featured in the April 2017 issue of Inside Small Business quarterly magazine, Bubba Organics has experienced significant growth.

Prior to this collaboration with Disney, the company was involved in a licensee collaboration with the custodians of the iconic May Gibbs Brand to launch the Snugglepot & Cuddlepie inspired Kakadu Plum & Marshmallow babies’ skin care range, with the proceeds from every purchase in the range supporting Australian children with disabilities and their families via the Cerebral Palsy Alliance and the Northcott Society.

Kerri told ISB that she has recently employed two additional staff members to handle shipping and fulfilment, and has also engaged a consultant to take care of all social media requirements.

Bubba Organics is now stocked in over 200 boutique stores across Australia and is also available via a number of international stores in Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam and New Zealand.
