Setting New Year’s resolutions is a well-established personal practice but human behaviour specialist, Dr John Demartini, maintains that business leaders are also wise to make yearly resolutions for optimum growth and success.
“A well-formulated business resolution will act as reminder of what opportunities to be on the lookout for over the coming year and which to take advantage of. When affirmed on a regular basis, resolutions act as a check-up from the neck up and help you more effectively and efficiently achieve”, he says.
