Ikea launches loyalty program to support small businesses

As small businesses recover from the pandemic, Ikea has unveiled a new loyalty club called Ikea Business Network.

The network aims to create meaningful connections for small businesses, fostering a platform to share knowledge and opportunities.

Membership of the network is free and includes services such as interior design consultations, online training via ‘Learn with Ikea’, member discounts on Ikea products, access to mindfulness resources, money advice and financial tools.

Petra Toth, Ikea Australia’s business leader, said small businesses have “unique needs” and the retailer wants to support and empower them.

“It might be design help with their physical space and product discounts, taking advantage of our business expertise with training, or tapping into wellbeing benefits they may not otherwise be able to provide their staff,” Toth said.
