As it celebrates its 30th year of working with Australian small businesses, digital marketing service provider Localsearch has awarded to select SMEs a digital presence package totalling to $30,000.
The chosen 10 awardees are as follows, alongside each of their plans on how they will use the package to grow their business:
- Super Crisp (Darwin, NT) plans to start up its online presence, kicking off with its website before moving to social media.
- New World Plumbing & Gas Fitting (Coffs Harbour, NSW) plans to establish a website, having moved up to NSW from Victoria.
- Sonic Flooring (Port Macquarie, NSW) looks to rebrand its business, alongside designing a new logo and advertising its new brand.
- Bennett’s Steel (Wauchope, NSW) looks to accelerate its growth and continue to contribute to its community.
- Big Red Carpet and Property Maintenance (Bowen, Qld) looks to build its website and expand their community reach.
- South Burnett Truck Rental (Burnett, Qld) has plans to build its website and grow the business’s online reach.
- C&R Mechanical (Mackay, Qld) plans to further cement the foundations of their business, having only begun in the last two months.
- AAD Auto (Bundaberg, Qld) will continue to establish itself with its local community.
- Ingham Building and Roofing (Ingham, Qld) will continue its ongoing ambitions to better serve the community.
- Eureka Curtain & Blinds (Ballarat, Vic) plans to expand the business to better serve and stand behind the local community.
The announcement was made after a month-long search which saw over 1000 applications submitted,
“Small businesses are the backbone of our Australian economy,” Daniel Stoten, Executive Chairman of Localsearch, said. “These businesses create jobs, contribute to economic growth, and provide unique and personalised services that larger corporations often cannot match. We are excited to award our 30th Anniversary Grant to some of Australia’s standout, promising and up-and-coming small businesses to the nation, and celebrate 30 years of small business.”
“Three decades is simultaneously an achievement but also a moment to reflect, to be proud of what we have done and strive towards what we can do more,” Stoten added.
Each of the awardees will receive a promotion package valued at AUD $3000 to amplify their digital presence and showcase their work to the country.
