Zoe Aitken is the Head of Consulting at leading behavioural science and innovation consultancy Inventium. Zoe has over 20 years’ experience helping organisations develop customer-centric growth strategies and innovation. Prior to working at Inventium, Zoe worked for a global snacking manufacturer in strategy, innovation and consumer insights roles. This was where her love for innovation was ignited, when she spent three years working in Switzerland in their Global Chocolate Innovation Team. Prior to that, Zoe worked as a senior market research consultant supporting organisations with customer-centricity. Zoe has significant experience working in the FMCG industry as well as the Government, not-for-profit, utilities, automotive, entertainment and financial services sectors.
