Professor Jana Matthews

Dr Jana Matthews is the ANZ Chair in Business Growth, Professor, and Director of the Australian Centre for Business Growth at the University of South Australia. An international expert on entrepreneurial leadership and business growth, Dr Matthews was named one of 18 Women Business Gurus in the world and was on the 2018 AFR list of “100 Women of Influence” in Australia. Jana has coached more than 1200 small-business owners and CEOs/MDs through the Centre’s Business Growth Clinics and intensive Business Growth Programs. The Centre has received international acclaim and awards from the European Foundation for Management Development and the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business for its impact on company growth.
