Narelle Plapp

Narelle Plapp’s journey from naturopath to building her own food company began with her realisation that many of the patients she treated did not understand the value of good wholesome food and how it impacted their health. Driven by the motto ‘we are passionate about health for everyone’, naturopath Narelle set about creating a range of food that was healthy, allergy-friendly and honest. And, after seeing a gap in the market, Narelle recognised an opportunity to join the manufacturing industry. Now working out of a custom-designed, 10,000 sqm site on Moorabbin Airport, Grain & Bake manufactures approximately 14 brands and has a turnover of more than $20 million.
