Matthew Ting is the National Innovation Manager for disability employment services provider AimBig Employment ,a disability employment services provider that supports people with a disability to find
meaningful and sustainable work. At AimBig he has developed and launched programs including BusyBeans (barista training program for clients with autism or intellectual disability) and SkillRestart
(digital upskilling program for mature age jobseekers).
Matthew holds an MBA from the University of Sydney, and has experience as a serial entrepreneur having launched several start-up businesses.
