Lexie Wilkins is a Workplace Experience and Change Management Specialist. She assists leaders, teams and workplaces to achieve success through development of people to be the best they can be. The benefits of optimising employee engagement to achieve a culture of growth and innovation is her passion and her work draws on a depth of knowledge gained as a senior leader and consultant within a diverse range of both government and private industries coupled with formal qualifications in nursing, psychology, financial services and training and assessment. Accredited as an CM-BoK Change Management Practitioner and in a suite of psychometric assessments including Eq-I, Genesys, DISC Advanced and the Birkmann profile, she excels at tailoring an approach to the needs of the individual and/or organisation she works with. Lexie has sat on several consumer and marketing committees and is a contributor to select business publications.
