With more than 20 years of experience as a self-employed consultant, coach and teacher, Kerry Swan has worked with hundreds of managers and leaders. For most of that time, Kerry has taught project management and provided strategic business planning advice and management consulting services to organisations large and small.
Kerry is also an entrepreneur. Having survived two business start-ups and the volatility of business in the wake of COVID-19, Kerry understands, personally, the realities and frustrations of business and leading a team through change. These days Kerry works with her husband across their three diverse family businesses with a team of more than 35 people, and loves the daily challenges of leadership.
