Jayc Salter is the General Manager at Botero Coffee Roasters. He has extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of the business. Jayc previously held various IT roles as a software engineer and information technology manager in both London and Sydney before deciding to make a sea change to Northern NSW and entering the wholesale coffee industry.
