Emma Ou is the Strategy Planning Director for ASUS Asia/Pacific region, Country Manager for ASUS Australia & New Zealand and the catalyst of digital transformation at ASUS.
Emma is responsible for developing new markets and businesses in the region, as well as initiating and driving digitisation projects across business units with cross department’s strategy alignment.
Emma was appointed as ANZ’s Country Lead in March 2018 and has overseen a period of significant growth within the region, with the ROG (Republic of Gamers) arm of the business becoming the most popular gaming laptop brand globally in that time. She is also credited with rebuilding the core team and establishing the sales and marketing operations from ground up, tripling ASUS’ business in these markets and gaining momentum towards a dominant sector position.
