Bernadette is the founder of the Australian School of Copywriting, and a former account director with global agency, Young & Rubicam Advertising with clients such as Apple, American Express and Colgate. She has a business degree from the University of South Australia and lectures in marketing and copywriting at RMIT, Swinburne and Victoria University. She is the author of three best-selling business books including Secrets of Online Entrepreneurs, How to Build an Online Business and Catch of the Decade, which was ghost-written for the billionaire brothers behind Catch.com, Scoopon and Menulog. Bernadette is a popular TEDx speaker, podcaster with Triple M and in 2020, was named in the Top 50 Small Business Leaders by Inside Small Business.
